Who we are?
Mikro Kapital Armenia – Universal Credit Organization, with 100% foreign capital, that is a part of “Mikro Kapital” multinational group of companies.
Mikro Kapital invests in the real economy through its two funds: Mikro Fund and Alternative Fund.
Funds make investments and gives credits to financial institutions, that are specialized in financing micro, small and medium size enterprises from CSI countries, West Europe and Central America. In that moment, Mikro Kapital group of companies, activates on financial markets from Russia, Belarus, Republic of Moldova, Armenia and Romania. By opening operations in Romania, Mikro Kapital group of companies, enters with microfinance activity, in European Union.
Mikro Kapital Armenia UCO CJSC was registered in Central Bank of Armenia at June 2018 and started main activities from Aug 2018.
Our main activity is financing micro, small and medium sizes enterprises, including also private individuals from Armenian territory.
